Matric (SSC) is still the route many families choose, either on its own or alongside Cambridge O Level. This guide lists six Lahore schools whose official pages or public directories show a Matric programme, with address, map, website, email, approximate fee, classes, admission procedure, test and timings. We do not publish BISE position lists, ratings or rankings, because we could not verify school-level results. Fees are approximate: where a school publishes its fee structure we quote it; where it does not, the entry says to confirm with the school. Entries are alphabetical, not ranked.

Aitchison is a boys’ school with Junior (K1–K6), Prep (E2–M2) and Senior sections. Its site says the Cambridge curriculum is taught in the junior and prep schools, with FBISE Matric and FSc in the senior school.

Crescent has separate boys and girls campuses in Shadman, next to Model Town. Its site lists a Cambridge Section, the IB Middle Years and Diploma programmes, a Senior School and The Crescent College; its online form lets applicants choose O Level or A Level.

- Divisional Public Girls Higher Secondary School, Army Public School and College for Girls, Garrison Academy for Girls, Convent of Jesus and Mary — named in older rankings, but we found no official admission or fee pages to verify.
- LGS, Beaconhouse and The City School Matric sections — the LGS and Beaconhouse pages we checked do not name Matric, and The City School’s network site does not show which campuses teach it (Wikipedia lists its Model Town Link Road campus as Playgroup to O Level and Matric).
